Build the system that makes your vision inevitable.

Our NEW Powerful Progress Program is a step-by-step video training platform designed to help you turn ideas into working, magnetic marketing systems — without burnout, debt, or overwhelm.

  • increase income

  • attract leads and paying clients

  • grow an online presence that actually compounds

  • expand a professional or local business

  • or finally bring a long-held idea into the world

This is where you begin.

After helping hundreds of businesses, one truth became unavoidable:

The dream was never the problem.

The system behind it was.

Most businesses fail not because they lack talent or effort — but because progress becomes expensive, exhausting, and unsustainable long before momentum can take hold.

The solution isn’t harder work or better motivation.

It’s building the right structure — one that fuels steady progress, adapts to your needs, and grows with you.

Start with the diagnosis.

  • Before tools.

  • Before tech.

  • Before tactics.

Three Gnomes in a Trench Coat

Unmasking the Honest Webinar
Unmasking the Honest Webinar

Why Your Next Webinar Might Work Better When You Stop Hiding the Sales Pitch

Picture three gnomes standing outside an exclusive nightclub.

The establishment has a strict policy against admitting gnomes. Why? Nobody remembers. Something about an incident involving a chandelier, a wheel of cheese, and a visiting dignitary.

But our three enterprising little fellows have a plan.

One climbs onto another's shoulders. The third takes his place at the bottom. They pull an enormous trench coat over themselves, add a fedora, and approach the doorman with all the confidence of a respectable six-foot businessman.

"Good evening, fellow adult," announces the top gnome in a voice that sounds like someone gargling gravel.

The doorman looks at the coat. He looks at the hat. He looks at the suspicious bulge around knee height.

"Three of you tonight?"

"Certainly not!" declares the top gnome. "I am one perfectly ordinary gentleman here to enjoy adult refreshments and discuss the economy."

From somewhere around the gentleman's waist comes a muffled argument about which direction to walk.

Nobody is fooled.

And yet, rather than reconsidering their approach, the gnomes conclude that what they really need is a better trench coat.

Welcome to modern webinar marketing.

The Audience Has Seen the Trench Coat Before

Somewhere along the way, the free educational webinar developed a reputation.

You know the routine.

An exciting promise. A remarkable discovery. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn something that will transform your business, your finances, your relationships, or possibly the structural integrity of your garage.

The presenter begins with an inspiring personal story. Then comes a little teaching, a little more storytelling, some impressive testimonials, and repeated assurances that something extraordinary is coming.

And coming.

And coming.

Eventually, the audience discovers that the extraordinary thing is a product available for the surprisingly affordable price of $997, provided they act before the countdown timer finishes threatening them.

The actual educational breakthrough? Apparently, that's included in Module Three.

Now, to be fair, this isn't how every webinar operates. There are excellent presenters who provide meaningful education, make an honest offer toward the end, and leave everyone better off for having attended.

There's nothing inherently wrong with that.

But the less admirable examples have created a problem for everyone else.

Audiences have learned the routine.

They've learned to recognize the transition from teaching voice to selling voice. They've developed an instinct for artificial suspense, suspiciously convenient scarcity, and the dramatic pause preceding a price reveal that requires seventeen minutes and a calculator to explain.

They've become amateur trench-coat inspectors.

And the unfortunate consequence is that even a genuinely worthwhile webinar may begin with an audience already preparing its escape.

The Great Webinar Escape Plan

Consider the attendee's perspective.

They registered because the subject interested them. They genuinely want to learn something. But they've also attended enough presentations to suspect that the information they came for will be strategically distributed around a sales pitch.

So they develop a plan.

Maybe they'll arrive fifteen minutes late to skip the biography and introductory enthusiasm.

Maybe they'll keep another browser tab open while waiting for the actual teaching to begin.

Maybe they'll leave when the presenter starts discussing the incredible value of seventeen bonuses, each apparently worth more than a moderately priced used automobile.

And perhaps they'll return for the replay, where they can skip directly to the useful parts without sitting through the theatrical production.

The presenter, meanwhile, is trying to maintain attention, establish authority, overcome objections, build desire, and keep people from leaving before the offer.

Both parties have entered the same room with entirely different defensive strategies.

The marketer wants to keep the audience from escaping.

The audience wants to avoid being trapped.

And somehow, in the middle of this elaborate dance, we're supposed to be building trust.

There's something wonderfully absurd about that.

The problem isn't necessarily the product, the price, or even the presentation structure.

It's that the audience has started treating the entire experience as something to survive.

What If We Just Introduced the Gnomes?

Here's a thought.

What if we stopped treating the commercial invitation as the grand finale?

Suppose you opened your webinar with a brief story explaining why the subject matters to you, what you've learned, and why you decided to create something that helps people with it.

Then, perhaps ten minutes in, you said something like this:

"Before we get into the really useful stuff, I want you to know that I do have a program that helps people work through this in much greater depth. Here's the link if you'd like to explore it.

"I'm mentioning it now because I don't want you spending the next hour wondering when the sales pitch is coming. You already know what I'm offering. Whether you ever buy it is entirely up to you.

"Now, let me show you something I think you'll find genuinely useful."

And then you actually did.

No mysterious reveal. No dramatic countdown. No need to pretend that the commercial side of your business doesn't exist.

The gnomes have taken off the trench coat.

They're three gnomes. One of them sells things.

Wonderful. Can we get on with the evening?

This isn't a new miracle formula guaranteed to triple conversions by next Thursday. It's simply an alternative worth considering in a market where suspicion has become part of the admission price.

Some audiences might appreciate it enormously. Others might prefer a different format. The only sensible way to know is to try it, pay attention, and learn.

But the underlying idea deserves consideration.

What happens when people no longer need to spend their attention anticipating the sales pitch?

Perhaps they can devote more of it to learning.

Take Them Out to the Farm

Imagine inviting someone to visit your farm because they're interested in growing their own food.

You could seat them in the barn for an hour and explain how complicated farming is.

You could describe the dangers of poor soil, unreliable weather, inefficient irrigation, and vegetables that apparently refuse to cooperate with your dreams.

You could tell them about your proprietary agricultural system, explain why ordinary gardeners are doomed to disappointment, and hint repeatedly that the secret to enormous tomatoes is coming shortly.

Then, just as everyone gets excited, you announce that they'll have to purchase your program to see the fields.

Or you could take them outside.

Show them the soil. Explain what makes it productive. Demonstrate irrigation. Let them plant something. Walk them through a few practical techniques they can use in their own gardens.

Along the way, you mention that you also have a program that helps people develop and operate a productive farm.

Now they understand what you're selling because they've experienced a meaningful piece of it.

They can see the work involved. They can appreciate the expertise. They can recognize where guidance, equipment, planning, or ongoing support might make a difference.

And if someone decides they can do everything themselves?

Maybe they can.

That's not a catastrophe.

In fact, if everyone can accomplish everything your paid program promises using what you've just taught them for free, perhaps the problem isn't that you've given away too much information.

Perhaps your paid offer needs a more compelling reason to exist.

People don't always pay for information. They pay for help applying it, avoiding mistakes, moving faster, gaining confidence, receiving feedback, or accomplishing something they would struggle to achieve alone.

Those are perfectly respectable things to sell.

And you don't have to conceal the field to convince someone that farming is worthwhile.

The Longer They Stay, the More They Get

There's another interesting possibility hidden inside this approach.

In many webinars, attendees expect the educational value to diminish as the presentation progresses. The early material is interesting, but sooner or later the teaching gives way to the sales presentation.

What if we reversed that expectation?

What if the most useful examples, practical applications, and revealing insights continued unfolding as the webinar progressed?

The offer is already on the table. Everyone knows where to find it. You might mention it again when something you're teaching makes the connection particularly relevant, but there's no need to interrupt the experience with an elaborate sales performance.

The audience stays because the experience keeps getting better.

You could even provide a genuinely useful bonus at the end as a thank-you for participating. Not a hostage payment for surviving the presentation, but something that complements what they've learned.

And finish with questions.

Real questions, from real people, answered as openly as you can. If nobody feels comfortable speaking up, you can have a few commonly asked questions prepared and identify them honestly as such.

No imaginary audience members. No fabricated enthusiasm. No need for a suspiciously well-timed question from "Jennifer in Ohio" that perfectly introduces your premium package.

Just a conversation.

The more the audience understands, the more intelligently they can decide whether your offer is right for them.

That seems like a rather good outcome for everyone involved.

Maybe They Should Come Back

Here's where the idea gets even more interesting.

Of course, a replay can be a wonderful thing. It lets people learn on their own schedules, revisit difficult material, and participate when geography, work, family, or accessibility needs make attending live impractical.

But here's an interesting question: What if we designed some webinars to be experiences worth returning to, rather than presentations people only needed to watch once?

What if you didn't automatically make a replay available?

Not because you're trying to manufacture urgency. Not because you want to punish someone who couldn't attend. And certainly not because the recording contains a secret that will self-destruct at midnight.

But because you're creating a recurring live experience that people might genuinely want to attend more than once.

Someone attends for twenty minutes and has to leave. They learned something worthwhile. They know what you're selling, and they also know they missed more useful material.

Perhaps they return the following week.

This time they stay longer, hear different questions, and recognize something they weren't ready to appreciate before.

Maybe they come back again.

Each visit becomes another voluntary interaction with your expertise, your personality, and the experience of learning from you.

Those repeated touchpoints could help trust develop naturally. They might also create additional opportunities for a purchase when someone becomes ready.

Of course, not providing a replay won't suit every audience. Some people have scheduling limitations, accessibility needs, or simply prefer learning at their own pace. For those audiences, a recording may be the more respectful and effective choice.

But it's worth asking whether the live experience itself could offer something that a static replay doesn't.

A workshop, a demonstration, an evolving discussion, a chance to ask questions, or simply a fresh opportunity to understand something more deeply.

If people return, let it be because there's something worth returning for.

Not because we've found a cleverer way to keep the gate locked.

The Grease Detector

There's a broader problem here, and it extends well beyond webinars.

People are becoming remarkably good at recognizing when a conversation has turned into a persuasion performance.

The exaggerated enthusiasm. The artificial urgency. The rehearsed vulnerability. The improbable stack of bonuses. The dramatic revelation that something supposedly worth $12,000 can be yours today for $197.

We've all encountered some version of it.

And while individual techniques aren't necessarily dishonest, their combined effect has developed a recognizable texture.

Greasy.

The audience can feel the machinery operating.

This creates a peculiar arms race.

Marketers notice growing resistance, so they refine their persuasion techniques. Audiences recognize those techniques and become more suspicious. Marketers respond with even more elaborate approaches designed to overcome that suspicion.

Eventually, everyone is working harder to accomplish something that might have been easier if we'd simply spoken to one another like adults.

The disguise creates the very suspicion it was intended to overcome.

And now even honest businesses are competing in a marketplace where customers have learned to keep one hand on their wallets and the other on the exit.

That's the real problem worth addressing.

Not whether the sales pitch belongs at minute ten or minute fifty.

Not whether a webinar should last thirty minutes or ninety.

Not whether the presenter should use seventeen slides or seventy.

The challenge is how to earn trust in a market that has been trained to expect manipulation.

Three Gnomes, Three Honest Jobs

Perhaps our little friends outside the nightclub have been going about things all wrong.

The first gnome is a teacher. He knows things worth learning and enjoys explaining them.

The second is a guide. He helps people understand how those ideas apply to their own circumstances.

The third is a merchant. He has something useful to sell and would be delighted if someone wanted to buy it.

Individually, they're perfectly respectable fellows.

It's only when they decide to disguise themselves as one mysterious, larger-than-life authority that things become ridiculous.

And perhaps that's the lesson.

You don't need to hide the fact that you sell something. You don't need to apologize for wanting your business to succeed. And you certainly don't need to stop being entertaining, persuasive, or enthusiastic.

You simply need to give people fewer reasons to distrust your intentions.

At Magnetix Marketing, this is the kind of question we enjoy exploring through the Business Brain Builder. Not to prescribe one supposedly perfect webinar formula, but to help business owners think through the educational experience, the audience's needs, the commercial invitation, and how the pieces can work together honestly.

Because the right structure depends on what you're teaching, whom you're helping, and what you're actually offering.

And sometimes the most useful marketing innovation isn't a new technique at all.

It's recognizing that your audience is perfectly capable of making an intelligent decision when you give them something worthwhile to decide about.

Maybe the next competitive advantage in marketing isn't learning how to be more persuasive.

Maybe it's giving people fewer reasons to be suspicious.

So take off the trench coat.

Show people around the farm. Teach them something useful. Answer their questions. Tell them what you're selling.

And if you've built something worth buying, give them the opportunity to recognize it.

The gnomes may be shorter than everyone expected.

But at least now we can look them in the eye.

Daniel Krynzel

Owner of the Interview Method

Offering some of the most powerful Sales Technique training available anywhere

(Paraphrased from the above video)

"Magnetix is the most amazing marketing company I've ever been able to work with.  They've been an incredible resource for me to build and grow my business.  I needed help scaling online, help running ads, help with messaging, help with EVERYTHING!

As a result of our work with Magnetix Marketing, our brand, Lifestyle Listings, helping realtors all over the country, EXPLODED!

Honestly, it's very difficult to find a marketing company and resources to help entrepreneurs, influencers, coaches like us, that's good and does what they say they're going to do.

Magnetix was upfront with me and let me know what we needed to do.  We setup lead flows and processes to where once the lead flow came in, we had an unbelievable follow-up system with texts and emails and retargeting ads so that when you came into the web of Lifestyle Listings and the Interview Method, you would be contacted by us and our automation until you bought (and beyond].

I wouldn't be able to be who I am today without Ryan and Magnetix Marketing.  I know they have limited bandwidth, so if you have the opportunity to work with them, JUMP ON THAT right away and do exactly what they say!"

Barbara Morris

Owner of Women Rising Like the Phoenix

Coaching for Women experiencing the Empty Nest

(Paraphrased from the above video)

"Hi, I'm Barbara Morris, the creator and founder of 'Women Rising like the Phoenix'. I couldn't have done all of the things that I have done in my marketing without Ryan (at Magnetix Marketing). His expertise, his knowledge, goes so far beyond anything I could have imagined. I could have been given the basics and had to flounder myself through all of the pieces but he knows all of the pieces that are needed to put together a fantastic marketing plan. And I encourage you to get with him if you are starting a business or struggling with your advertising because he will be able to help you more than you could ever have wished for. And I am so grateful for all that he has done for me."

Lisa Luciano

Owner of Online Safety & Success,

Teaching effective decision-making using techniques that empower children and adults to spot danger, avoid it and deal with it.

(Paraphrased selections from the above video)

"Magnetix Marketing cared about me and my company and getting me across the finish line or getting me to the starting line. I trusted him and I started working with him and I went from having no leads to 3500 leads because he built a sales funnel that worked, not just worked, but it worked for my company and for who I am.

We put out the ad campaign and it got results that to this day, people who've been in the business a long time cannot believe. And I've seen it happen to other clients for Magnetix Marketing as well. I was getting lead after lead after lead. I went from zero sales call bookings to 70 within a couple of months because of the ads that put people through my funnel.

Then of course, there's the issue of email campaigns. I didn't know how to do that properly. We built one based on emails they created and crafted. He has figured out what can go wrong or what do you need to do to make an email effective. Anybody can send out emails. Well his are so different that I had a client come to my Zoom session and the first thing she said to me was, "Lisa, those emails you sent me, I was afraid to come. I was not going to come to this call. But when I saw what was in those emails, I knew who you were. I started to trust you. And I loved the information you gave me. There was a video. I loved it that made all the difference to me."

That was because of Magnetix Marketing and the emails they created, the systems they know how to build."

~Lisa Luciano

Matt Friedland

Owner of 360 Music System,

Training guitar players to reach new degrees of professional mastery.

(Paraphrased selections from the above video)

"My name is Matt Friedland and I've been working with Magnetics Marketing for some time now. I'm a music school owner in Tempe, Arizona, and I have a music education platform launched online nationwide called 360 Music System. Our business has really started to get more out of our marketing, organized and more successful in getting new leads and getting clients enrolled in our programs.

A lot of that has to do with Magnetix Marketing's help in implementing our landing pages, our Facebook advertising and getting our calendars set up and all of our backend tech. I wouldn't have been able to do that myself. It's quite a vast thing to try and take that on, even consuming tutorials. Having an expert like Magnetics Marketing help you with that kind of thing will save you a lot of time and energy and effort.

So if you're a business owner, you're going to need marketing, you're going to need to advertise things. If you've tried it before and it hasn't been successful, I've totally been there. I've invested thousands with other marketers, didn't work and I wasn't educated and informed on what they were actually doing and how to set up any of this stuff.

So I had no idea why it wasn't working. But after working with Magnetix, they educated me on how things work, how to set up things properly, the strategies and we have been getting results. We're getting new clients booked, we're getting our ads in front, we're building our audience. And I just want to say that it's been great working with them.

It's been a real pleasure and I highly recommend working with them."

Kami Wanous

Owner of The Freedom Scholar,

Homeschool Educational Mentoring

(Paraphrased selections from the above video)

"Hi there. I'm Kami Wanous and I'm so excited to recommend to you Magnetix Marketing. I am currently building a new website and new platform in from Kajabi over to Go High Level and I never ever would have been able to do it without Magnetix Marketing! It is so complicated to figure out a new platform. It's such a big learning curve and it takes you away from what you really want to do - helping people, coaching them, the income that you want to make!

To have the freedom to hire somebody to be able to walk you through every step is what I love about Magnetix Marketing. Not only am I getting a platform built for me, but I'm doing it WITH them. I'm very hands on. I love to know how things work so that I can go back and make changes when I need to.

And that's what Magnetix Marketing does. It's walking me through every single step so that I understand the concepts, I understand what the names are (system elements) and why they mean different things, and then I can go back and do it myself. That empowers me to not only have a functioning business on the tech side and the the marketing side, but also it's allowing me to then teach my employees in the future.

And I'm so excited about that. There's so much information that I didn't know that Magnetix Marketing is teaching me all the time about marketing, about tech and how High Level works in conjunction with a lot of other things and how it moves. And it's just so beautiful. And I love being able to ask questions and it's, it's such a freeing experience to not have the pressure of trying to fit everything in a certain little timeslot and trying to have to, to get somebody call somebody and say, "Can you fix this for me?"

Because I know how to do it on my own now. I'm so excited. I think you should definitely, definitely give them a shot and trust them with all of your marketing needs."

(Paraphrased selections from the above video)

"Hi. I'm Nina Lockwood. I'm a women's life coach. And this is what I want to share with you about Ryan and Magnetix Marketing. I think that Ryan is one of the best people that you could possibly work with. I spent over a year with him and he helped me get my in-person coaching work onto an online platform which involves all sorts of technical stuff that my mind does not easily adapt to.

So he was my godsend, really, and this is what I can tell you about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He's got such an awareness of all the details and all of that you could never imagine. And he is kind and generous and really wants his clients to succeed, and that's been my experience with him. I know I could never have gotten this far without him, so I am so grateful to him and his work and I highly recommend him is the best thing since sliced bread.

I would definitely check him out."

Where Attention Goes, Energy Flows!

Businesses of all sizes NEED to make sales.

NOTHING happens without getting your message out to the right customer who:

  • Wants or NEEDS what you offer

  • Will recognize HOW you can solve their challenges or deliver their desires

  • and will TRUST you're the best option

There's ONE UNIVERSAL solution to meeting all three of these checkpoints at once. Until you have it, you'll be fighting to generate momentum for your business:

Nothing attracts a crowd like a crowd!

You see it:

  • In a schoolyard when a fight breaks out.

  • At a local gathering, like a cookout, parade or county fair.

  • Establishments that depend on large turnouts, like Nightclubs, Theme parks, and Casinos.

  • Even at smaller events, like church functions, yard sales, or an open house.

  • On social media sites and internet search results, rating users and the value of what they have to say based on how many people have engaged with their content.

The larger the crowd, the more interested people get in taking part in whatever is generating all that interest. Human beings participate in hive-like behaviors. The existing attention validates your entire message and inspires that critical fear of missing out!

This is what Magnetix Marketing specializes in - rounding up a HUGE, ever-expanding crowd for your business that never appears to disperse - a highly visible audience across every online platform, proving your value to anyone at a glance. Without using bots or fictional accounts to do it.

We also use every cutting edge strategy to gather interested potential customers into your system, where you can nurture your leads into clients over time.

Keep their attention on YOU until they are ready to do business. Before long, you'll be a giant in your industry. And you'll have our process to thank for that.

Your Story Is Your Purpose

You are the protagonist in your own tale. Make it a good one!

We are all here to experience a unique story of our own. What kind of story will you leave in the records of time?

All of us have struggled and most of us will overcome those struggles.

The best of us will turn our struggles into our definition of purpose and use them to drive us to greatness.

The harder our struggles have been, the more powerful we are.

The Power Plant

What Drives Magnetix Marketing

You often hear people say,

"Do what you love for a living and you'll never work a day in your life."

I grew up loving games.

Video games, role-playing games, board games—anything that sparked imagination and inspired interaction. My parents often labelled it an unhealthy obsession. Looking back, perhaps it was. But games taught me something important: every system has rules, rewards, challenges, and ways to win.

What fascinated me most wasn't simply playing games.

It was understanding how they worked.

Creating them.

Improving them.

Designing new ones.

Ironically, while I loved creating rules, I never fit particularly well into many of the rules handed to me by schools, employers, and society. The world often felt rigged against ordinary people, rewarding just enough effort to keep us running on a hamster wheel while pursuing someone else's dream.

Like many aspiring entrepreneurs, I believed a great idea would be enough.

Create something amazing.

Bring it to market.

Make a difference.

Earn freedom.

Simple, right?

Of course, reality has a way of teaching difficult lessons.

Ideas alone aren't enough.

Neither is talent.

Neither is hard work.

Art, production, distribution, marketing, funding—all of these matter too.

I quickly discovered an uncomfortable truth:

Wealth often makes it easier to create more wealth.

And poverty often makes it easier to remain poor.

My family spent years living paycheck to paycheck, making difficult choices about bills, relying on credit when income fell short, and watching interest charges and fees create their own form of gravity.

Poverty begets poverty.

But as a game designer, I couldn't help looking at the situation differently.

I began to see finances, business, and freedom as a game too.

Not a game in the sense that it wasn't serious.

A game in the sense that it had rules.

Patterns.

Momentum.

And if momentum could work against you, perhaps it could also work for you.

As I explored different jobs, industries, and entrepreneurial pursuits, I noticed something that challenged many of my assumptions.

The businesses that seemed to create lasting success weren't simply taking more than they gave.

They were creating value.

The more people they genuinely helped, the more successful they became.

That realization changed everything for me.

A great game creates a memorable experience.

A great business solves meaningful problems.

Both succeed because they help people.

Once I understood that, marketing stopped feeling like manipulation and started feeling like communication.

It became a way to connect people with solutions that could genuinely improve their lives.

That path eventually led me to work with talented business coaches, powerful marketing technologies, and systems that were beginning to level the playing field for small and medium-sized businesses.

For the first time in history, everyday entrepreneurs could access tools once reserved for massive corporations.

The game was changing.

And that brings us to Magnetix.

Our mission is simple:

To help good people, good businesses, and good ideas attract the attention, systems, and momentum they need to thrive.

Because I've come to believe that success isn't about taking as much as you can.

It's about creating enough value that people are grateful you showed up.
