Our NEW Powerful Progress Program is a step-by-step video training platform designed to help you turn ideas into working, magnetic marketing systems — without burnout, debt, or overwhelm.

  • increase income

  • attract leads and paying clients

  • expand a professional or local business

  • or finally bring a long-held idea into the world

This is where you begin.

After helping hundreds of businesses, one truth became unavoidable:

The dream was never the problem.

The system behind it was.

Most businesses fail not because they lack talent or effort — but because progress becomes expensive, exhausting, and unsustainable long before momentum can take hold.

The solution isn’t harder work or better motivation.

It’s building the right structure — one that fuels steady progress, adapts to your needs, and grows with you.

Start with the diagnosis.

  • Before tools.

  • Before tech.

  • Before tactics.

The Blueprint Doesn't Build the House

Bridging Planning to Execution
Bridging Planning to Execution

Why knowing exactly what to create is only half the journey.

There's a peculiar kind of satisfaction that comes from finishing a really good plan.

You've done the research. You've wrestled with the difficult questions. You've made decisions, discarded bad ideas, rearranged the pieces, and finally arrived at something that makes sense.

Maybe it's a new business strategy. Maybe it's a course you've wanted to create for years. Maybe it's a lead magnet, a marketing campaign, or an entirely new service.

You can practically see the finished thing.

And then comes that slightly uncomfortable realization.

You still have to make the damn thing.

──────── ⚡ ────────

The Wonderful World of Almost Finished

I've worked with enough entrepreneurs to recognize a particular moment in the creative process.

Someone comes to me with an idea they're excited about. We talk through what they want to accomplish, who it's supposed to help, and what needs to happen to bring it to life.

Sometimes the idea is still a little foggy. Other times they've already spent months thinking about it.

We get to work.

Before long, there's a strategy. A structure. Maybe a complete set of scripts for a three-module training course.

The material is there. The teaching progression makes sense. The words are ready to be spoken.

All that's left is to record the videos.

Simple enough, right?

Well...

I once worked through a situation where that last step became an unexpected sticking point. The scripts were prepared, the recording instructions had been discussed, and the project was waiting for the videos that would allow everything else to move forward.

But from the other side of the arrangement, the project still felt unfinished.

And, of course, it was unfinished.

That was the curious part.

We were looking at the same unfinished project from opposite sides of the same doorway.

One person was waiting for the next piece of material. The other was waiting for the finished result.

Neither perspective changed the fact that the videos still needed to be recorded.

It was a frustrating experience, but it left me thinking about something that goes well beyond one project.

There's a surprisingly large distance between knowing what needs to happen and actually making it happen.

And sometimes the distance isn't measured in effort at all.

It's measured in ownership.

The Blueprint Is a Real Accomplishment

I don't want to diminish planning. Quite the opposite.

A good blueprint is enormously valuable.

Imagine trying to build a house without one. You could buy some lumber, gather a few tools, and start hammering boards together. Eventually, you'd probably have something standing.

Whether you'd want to live in it is another question.

Business projects aren't much different.

A poorly conceived course can contain hours of beautifully recorded video and still leave its students confused. A marketing campaign can feature gorgeous graphics and clever writing while attracting entirely the wrong audience.

A lead magnet can look spectacular and deliver absolutely nothing useful.

The planning matters because it determines whether the thing we're creating is worth creating in the first place.

That's been a major focus of our Business Brain Builder journey.

Before asking AI to produce a mountain of material, we've been working to establish what the business knows, who it serves, what those Customers actually need, and what meaningful progress looks like.

We want the blueprint to reflect something real.

But there's a catch.

The more complete the blueprint becomes, the easier it is to mistake that feeling of accomplishment for completion of the entire project.

You can have a beautifully organized folder filled with course outlines, lesson scripts, worksheet designs, and production notes.

You can even have an AI assistant enthusiastically congratulate you on your progress.

And you should feel good about it.

You've accomplished something worthwhile.

You just haven't built the house yet.

When AI Hands You Another Blueprint

Artificial intelligence has made this distinction considerably more interesting.

It can help us think through ideas, organize information, write scripts, create visual concepts, develop exercises, and prepare materials that once required a great deal more time and effort.

That's remarkable.

But AI also has a funny habit.

Ask it to create something substantial, and sometimes it'll respond with an impressively detailed explanation of how it proposes to create that thing.

You ask for a worksheet.

It gives you a worksheet outline.

You ask for a complete video script.

It gives you an excellent summary of what the video should cover.

You ask for the finished materials, and it tells you what an exciting opportunity it will be to develop them together.

Wonderful.

Could we perhaps develop them now?

It's a little like hiring someone to build your kitchen cabinets and receiving a beautifully illustrated presentation about the importance of kitchen cabinets.

You might learn quite a bit.

You still have nowhere to put the dishes.

This is why we've reached an important stage in Business Brain Builder.

After identifying the Small Paid Transformation we want to offer and designing the curriculum that will deliver it, we've arrived at the production stage.

Not another round of deciding what the course should be.

It's time to produce the actual scripts, presenter outlines, worksheets, visual materials, exercises, and supporting resources.

The difference sounds obvious until you've spent three hours discussing a document that nobody has actually written.

Three Different Kinds of Done

One of the lessons I've taken from working on projects like these is that we need to become much clearer about what we mean when we say something is finished.

Consider a simple three-module video course.

First, the materials can be prepared.

The curriculum is designed. The scripts are written. The worksheets are complete. The visual direction has been approved.

We have everything needed to begin making the course.

That's a meaningful accomplishment, especially when those materials are well thought out.

Second, the media can be produced.

Someone records the lessons. The audio is cleaned up. The visuals are created. The worksheets are formatted. The videos are edited and captioned.

Now we have the actual pieces of the experience.

But even that isn't necessarily a finished course.

Third, the experience can be delivered.

The videos are uploaded. The lessons appear in the correct order. Resources are available where they're needed. The Customer can access everything, follow the instructions, and complete the intended transformation.

Someone has tested the whole experience to make sure it works.

Now we're getting somewhere.

These stages overlap, and different projects may require different work. But the distinctions matter.

A completed script isn't a completed video.

A completed video isn't necessarily a functioning course.

And a functioning course isn't automatically an effective one. That's something we begin to discover when real Customers use it.

The point isn't to complicate production with endless categories.

It's to stop confusing one kind of progress with another.

──────── ⚡ ────────

Who's Holding the Hammer?

There's another side to this that AI can't solve for us entirely.

Participation.

A business owner might hire someone to create a marketing system, but still need to supply information about their products, approve creative decisions, or participate in recording videos.

A consultant might develop an excellent strategy, but the business still needs someone to put it into practice.

An AI assistant might produce an outstanding script, but somebody has to decide whether to record it, use an avatar, or take another approved approach.

This is where expectations can become surprisingly tangled.

Sometimes we believe we've explained exactly what someone needs to do, while the other person believes they've hired us to take care of everything.

Sometimes the distinction was explained, but it didn't really register.

And sometimes circumstances change. A task that sounded perfectly manageable during planning becomes intimidating when it's finally sitting on the calendar.

I can understand that.

Recording yourself on video is a wonderful example. For some people, it's no more intimidating than making a phone call. For others, it's approximately as appealing as giving a speech to a room full of dentists while discovering you've forgotten to put on pants.

Knowing the words are already written doesn't necessarily make pressing Record any easier.

But the responsibility for the next step still needs to be clear.

That's one lesson I've become more conscious of in my own work.

It isn't always enough to explain what's next. Sometimes we need to make the handoff unmistakable.

What has been completed?

What is waiting?

Who owns the next action?

And what, specifically, becomes possible when that action is finished?

Those questions can save an extraordinary amount of frustration.

You know the old saying about leading a horse to water.

I've come to think there's another useful question to ask before walking away from the trough.

Does the horse know this is the part where it's supposed to drink?

Make the Next Step Smaller, Not Mysterious

One reason projects stall is that the next action feels larger than it really is.

"Produce your course" sounds like an enormous undertaking.

"Record the first lesson using the script we've already approved" is much more approachable.

Even better:

Open the script. Set up the camera. Record the first two minutes. Watch them back. Make one adjustment.

Now we're moving.

The same principle applies to AI-assisted production.

Rather than asking for an entire course in one enormous request and hoping everything comes back complete, we can work through manageable pieces.

Produce the Introduction.

Review it.

Refine what needs attention.

Save the approved materials.

Move to the first lesson.

There's something reassuring about knowing that finished work will stay finished unless we have a genuine reason to revisit it.

And that's why our production process includes a simple inventory of what exists, what has been approved, what still needs work, and where the actual files can be found.

Not because entrepreneurs need another spreadsheet to maintain.

Heaven knows we have enough of those.

It's because progress becomes much easier to trust when we can see exactly what has been accomplished.

We shouldn't have to reconstruct an entire project from a three-week-old conversation just to figure out whether Lesson Two was ever finished.

Nor should we confuse an AI-generated description of an image with an actual image sitting in a folder somewhere.

If it's done, we should be able to find it.

If it isn't done, we should know what comes next.

A Workshop Between the Blueprint and the House

This is where I think AI has an especially exciting role to play.

For a long time, many entrepreneurs have found themselves stuck between a good idea and the resources needed to execute it.

They could envision the course, but not afford to hire someone to write every lesson.

They knew they needed a workbook, but couldn't find the time to create one.

They had a compelling marketing concept, but struggled to turn it into finished copy and graphics.

AI doesn't eliminate the need for judgment, skill, or participation.

But it can make the workshop between planning and execution dramatically more productive.

Instead of staring at a blank document, we can begin with a complete working draft.

Instead of spending an afternoon arranging worksheet questions, we can review an actual usable worksheet.

Instead of trying to invent every visual direction from scratch, we can work from established brand intelligence.

And because the Business Brain carries the context we've developed along the way, those materials don't have to begin as generic guesses about our business.

They can begin much closer to what we actually need.

That's the opportunity.

Not replacing the entrepreneur.

Not pretending AI can magically complete every physical, technical, and human task.

But removing a remarkable amount of unnecessary friction between deciding what to build and having the materials ready to build it.

There's still craftsmanship involved. Sometimes a lot of it.

The difference is that we get to spend more of our energy improving something tangible rather than repeatedly describing what we hope to create.

The House Still Needs Someone to Live in It

Of course, even a beautifully completed course isn't the end of the story.

Eventually, real Customers arrive.

They bring questions we didn't anticipate, misunderstand instructions we thought were perfectly clear, and occasionally find brilliant uses for materials we considered fairly ordinary.

That's when we discover how well our blueprint survived contact with reality.

It's also why I'm reluctant to call any business system permanently finished.

We build. We deliver. We observe. We improve.

And sometimes we discover that the most important change isn't another lesson, another worksheet, or another automation.

It's making the next action easier to recognize and take.

That's true for the Customer moving through a course.

It's true for the entrepreneur building the course.

And it's certainly true for those of us helping entrepreneurs bring their ideas into the world.

The blueprint matters.

The workshop matters.

The person holding the hammer matters.

And if we're clear about which stage we're in, what we've accomplished, and whose turn it is to act, we have a much better chance of eventually opening the front door.

Because the blueprint doesn't build the house.

But it sure makes a difference when everybody knows what they're building—and who's picking up the hammer next.

Daniel Krynzel

Owner of the Interview Method

Offering some of the most powerful Sales Technique training available anywhere

(Paraphrased from the above video)

"Magnetix is the most amazing marketing company I've ever been able to work with.  They've been an incredible resource for me to build and grow my business.  I needed help scaling online, help running ads, help with messaging, help with EVERYTHING!

As a result of our work with Magnetix Marketing, our brand, Lifestyle Listings, helping realtors all over the country, EXPLODED!

Honestly, it's very difficult to find a marketing company and resources to help entrepreneurs, influencers, coaches like us, that's good and does what they say they're going to do.

Magnetix was upfront with me and let me know what we needed to do.  We setup lead flows and processes to where once the lead flow came in, we had an unbelievable follow-up system with texts and emails and retargeting ads so that when you came into the web of Lifestyle Listings and the Interview Method, you would be contacted by us and our automation until you bought (and beyond].

I wouldn't be able to be who I am today without Ryan and Magnetix Marketing.  I know they have limited bandwidth, so if you have the opportunity to work with them, JUMP ON THAT right away and do exactly what they say!"

Barbara Morris

Owner of Women Rising Like the Phoenix

Coaching for Women experiencing the Empty Nest

(Paraphrased from the above video)

"Hi, I'm Barbara Morris, the creator and founder of 'Women Rising like the Phoenix'. I couldn't have done all of the things that I have done in my marketing without Ryan (at Magnetix Marketing). His expertise, his knowledge, goes so far beyond anything I could have imagined. I could have been given the basics and had to flounder myself through all of the pieces but he knows all of the pieces that are needed to put together a fantastic marketing plan. And I encourage you to get with him if you are starting a business or struggling with your advertising because he will be able to help you more than you could ever have wished for. And I am so grateful for all that he has done for me."

~Barbara Morris

Lisa Luciano

Owner of Online Safety & Success,

Teaching effective decision-making using techniques that empower children and adults to spot danger, avoid it and deal with it.

(Paraphrased selections from the above video)

"Magnetix Marketing cared about me and my company and getting me across the finish line or getting me to the starting line. I trusted him and I started working with him and I went from having no leads to 3500 leads because he built a sales funnel that worked, not just worked, but it worked for my company and for who I am.

We put out the ad campaign and it got results that to this day, people who've been in the business a long time cannot believe. And I've seen it happen to other clients for Magnetix Marketing as well. I was getting lead after lead after lead. I went from zero sales call bookings to 70 within a couple of months because of the ads that put people through my funnel.

Then of course, there's the issue of email campaigns. I didn't know how to do that properly. We built one based on emails they created and crafted. He has figured out what can go wrong or what do you need to do to make an email effective. Anybody can send out emails. Well his are so different that I had a client come to my Zoom session and the first thing she said to me was, "Lisa, those emails you sent me, I was afraid to come. I was not going to come to this call. But when I saw what was in those emails, I knew who you were. I started to trust you. And I loved the information you gave me. There was a video. I loved it that made all the difference to me."

That was because of Magnetix Marketing and the emails they created, the systems they know how to build."

~Lisa Luciano

Matt Friedland

Owner of 360 Music System,

Training guitar players to reach new degrees of professional mastery.

(Paraphrased selections from the above video)

"My name is Matt Friedland and I've been working with Magnetics Marketing for some time now. I'm a music school owner in Tempe, Arizona, and I have a music education platform launched online nationwide called 360 Music System. Our business has really started to get more out of our marketing, organized and more successful in getting new leads and getting clients enrolled in our programs.

A lot of that has to do with Magnetix Marketing's help in implementing our landing pages, our Facebook advertising and getting our calendars set up and all of our backend tech. I wouldn't have been able to do that myself. It's quite a vast thing to try and take that on, even consuming tutorials. Having an expert like Magnetics Marketing help you with that kind of thing will save you a lot of time and energy and effort.

So if you're a business owner, you're going to need marketing, you're going to need to advertise things. If you've tried it before and it hasn't been successful, I've totally been there. I've invested thousands with other marketers, didn't work and I wasn't educated and informed on what they were actually doing and how to set up any of this stuff.

So I had no idea why it wasn't working. But after working with Magnetix, they educated me on how things work, how to set up things properly, the strategies and we have been getting results. We're getting new clients booked, we're getting our ads in front, we're building our audience. And I just want to say that it's been great working with them.

It's been a real pleasure and I highly recommend working with them."

Kami Wanous

Owner of The Freedom Scholar,

Homeschool Educational Mentoring

(Paraphrased selections from the above video)

"Hi there. I'm Kami Wanous and I'm so excited to recommend to you Magnetix Marketing. I am currently building a new website and new platform in from Kajabi over to Go High Level and I never ever would have been able to do it without Magnetix Marketing! It is so complicated to figure out a new platform. It's such a big learning curve and it takes you away from what you really want to do - helping people, coaching them, the income that you want to make!

To have the freedom to hire somebody to be able to walk you through every step is what I love about Magnetix Marketing. Not only am I getting a platform built for me, but I'm doing it WITH them. I'm very hands on. I love to know how things work so that I can go back and make changes when I need to.

And that's what Magnetix Marketing does. It's walking me through every single step so that I understand the concepts, I understand what the names are (system elements) and why they mean different things, and then I can go back and do it myself. That empowers me to not only have a functioning business on the tech side and the the marketing side, but also it's allowing me to then teach my employees in the future.

And I'm so excited about that. There's so much information that I didn't know that Magnetix Marketing is teaching me all the time about marketing, about tech and how High Level works in conjunction with a lot of other things and how it moves. And it's just so beautiful. And I love being able to ask questions and it's, it's such a freeing experience to not have the pressure of trying to fit everything in a certain little timeslot and trying to have to, to get somebody call somebody and say, "Can you fix this for me?"

Because I know how to do it on my own now. I'm so excited. I think you should definitely, definitely give them a shot and trust them with all of your marketing needs."

"Hi. I'm Nina Lockwood. I'm a women's life coach. And this is what I want to share with you about Ryan and Magnetix Marketing. I think that Ryan is one of the best people that you could possibly work with. I spent over a year with him and he helped me get my in-person coaching work onto an online platform which involves all sorts of technical stuff that my mind does not easily adapt to.

So he was my godsend, really, and this is what I can tell you about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He's got such an awareness of all the details and all of that you could never imagine. And he is kind and generous and really wants his clients to succeed, and that's been my experience with him. I know I could never have gotten this far without him, so I am so grateful to him and his work and I highly recommend him is the best thing since sliced bread.

I would definitely check him out."

Where Attention Goes, Energy Flows!

Businesses of all sizes NEED to make sales.

NOTHING happens without getting your message out to the right customer who:

  • Wants or NEEDS what you offer

  • Will recognize HOW you can solve their challenges or deliver their desires

  • and will TRUST you're the best option

There's ONE UNIVERSAL solution to meeting all three of these checkpoints at once. Until you have it, you'll be fighting to generate momentum for your business:

Nothing attracts a crowd like a crowd!

You see it:

  • In a schoolyard when a fight breaks out.

  • At a local gathering, like a cookout, parade or county fair.

  • Establishments that depend on large turnouts, like Nightclubs, Theme parks, and Casinos.

  • Even at smaller events, like church functions, yard sales, or an open house.

  • On social media sites and internet search results, rating users and the value of what they have to say based on how many people have engaged with their content.

The larger the crowd, the more interested people get in taking part in whatever is generating all that interest. Human beings participate in hive-like behaviors. The existing attention validates your entire message and inspires that critical fear of missing out!

This is what Magnetix Marketing specializes in - rounding up a HUGE, ever-expanding crowd for your business that never appears to disperse - a highly visible audience across every online platform, proving your value to anyone at a glance. Without using bots or fictional accounts to do it.

We also use every cutting edge strategy to gather interested potential customers into your system, where you can nurture your leads into clients over time.

Keep their attention on YOU until they are ready to do business. Before long, you'll be a giant in your industry. And you'll have our process to thank for that.

Your Story Is Your Purpose

You are the protagonist in your own tale. Make it a good one!

We are all here to experience a unique story of our own. What kind of story will you leave in the records of time?

All of us have struggled and most of us will overcome those struggles.

The best of us will turn our struggles into our definition of purpose and use them to drive us to greatness.

The harder our struggles have been, the more powerful we are.

The Power Plant

What Drives Magnetix Marketing

You often hear people say,

"Do what you love for a living and you'll never work a day in your life."

I grew up loving games.

Video games, role-playing games, board games—anything that sparked imagination and inspired interaction. My parents often labelled it an unhealthy obsession. Looking back, perhaps it was. But games taught me something important: every system has rules, rewards, challenges, and ways to win.

What fascinated me most wasn't simply playing games.

It was understanding how they worked.

Creating them.

Improving them.

Designing new ones.

Ironically, while I loved creating rules, I never fit particularly well into many of the rules handed to me by schools, employers, and society. The world often felt rigged against ordinary people, rewarding just enough effort to keep us running on a hamster wheel while pursuing someone else's dream.

Like many aspiring entrepreneurs, I believed a great idea would be enough.

Create something amazing.

Bring it to market.

Make a difference.

Earn freedom.

Simple, right?

Of course, reality has a way of teaching difficult lessons.

Ideas alone aren't enough.

Neither is talent.

Neither is hard work.

Art, production, distribution, marketing, funding—all of these matter too.

I quickly discovered an uncomfortable truth:

Wealth often makes it easier to create more wealth.

And poverty often makes it easier to remain poor.

My family spent years living paycheck to paycheck, making difficult choices about bills, relying on credit when income fell short, and watching interest charges and fees create their own form of gravity.

Poverty begets poverty.

But as a game designer, I couldn't help looking at the situation differently.

I began to see finances, business, and freedom as a game too.

Not a game in the sense that it wasn't serious.

A game in the sense that it had rules.

Patterns.

Momentum.

And if momentum could work against you, perhaps it could also work for you.

As I explored different jobs, industries, and entrepreneurial pursuits, I noticed something that challenged many of my assumptions.

The businesses that seemed to create lasting success weren't simply taking more than they gave.

They were creating value.

The more people they genuinely helped, the more successful they became.

That realization changed everything for me.

A great game creates a memorable experience.

A great business solves meaningful problems.

Both succeed because they help people.

Once I understood that, marketing stopped feeling like manipulation and started feeling like communication.

It became a way to connect people with solutions that could genuinely improve their lives.

That path eventually led me to work with talented business coaches, powerful marketing technologies, and systems that were beginning to level the playing field for small and medium-sized businesses.

For the first time in history, everyday entrepreneurs could access tools once reserved for massive corporations.

The game was changing.

And that brings us to Magnetix.

Our mission is simple:

To help good people, good businesses, and good ideas attract the attention, systems, and momentum they need to thrive.

Because I've come to believe that success isn't about taking as much as you can.

It's about creating enough value that people are grateful you showed up.

And if we can help enough people do exactly that, everyone wins.

Let's talk about your next steps toward success.
